The apartment unfolds as a sequence of composed atmospheres, each defined by a precise balance between architectural discipline and personal expression.
Light oak flooring laid in a herringbone pattern establishes continuity throughout, while warm neutral walls provide a restrained backdrop for an interior that reveals itself gradually through texture, proportion and carefully framed moments.
he social spaces are conceived as an interconnected landscape. A generous dining room anchors the apartment beneath a delicately coffered ceiling, where rhythm and geometry introduce a subtle sense of order without overwhelming the calmness of the space.
Adjacent to the dining area, a richly lacquered library—finished in a deep olive green—becomes the emotional center of the home. More than a storage system, it functions as an intimate cabinet of curiosities, housing books, objects, glassware and art with meticulous precision.
At its center, a sculptural round dining table is surrounded by Piztola dining chairs, whose refined timber structure and leather detailing lend both warmth and remarkable craftsmanship. Their tactile materiality reinforces the project's commitment to furniture that feels timeless rather than decorative.
Draped textiles soften the architecture, creating a space that feels both enveloping and quietly theatrical. Elsewhere, dark tiled accents, finely proportioned lighting and restrained detailing establish moments of contrast without disrupting the apartment's overall serenity.
Ultimately, the project distinguishes itself through its understanding that luxury resides not in spectacle but in permanence. Every object appears intentionally chosen, every junction carefully resolved, every proportion considered.
The apartment does not seek to impress through excess; instead, it cultivates an atmosphere of quiet confidence, where architecture provides the framework for a life enriched by books, craftsmanship, art and the rituals of everyday living.
