Patricio Molina at the ULI Fall Meeting
Patricio Molina, Project Manager at Cuaik | CDS, joined the Food & Beverage panel at the Urban Land Institute’s Fall Meeting, held this October at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Titled “Beyond the Concession Stand: How Next-Gen F&B Drives Asset Value, Placemaking, and Revenue in Sports & Entertainment Districts”, the conversation looked at how food and beverage can turn stadiums and arenas into year-round destinations: through local cuisine, design and operations that keep a district alive well beyond event days, and that build lasting value for the places around them.
Moderated by Partho Dutta, Senior Principal at Populous, the panel brought together Chris Bigelow, founder of Bigelow Consulting, Meghan Trossen, of Capital One, and Patricio, who brought to the table our experience designing the hospitality spaces and F&B outlets of Mexico City Stadium.
